Charming hotel in Arusha is seeking for a chef

Our cook will be able to do the following
1. Lead the kitchen
2. Able to design menu and its costings.
3. Be able to have control of the Kitchen and other cooks.
4. Hours: It is 46 hours per week. In Africa-any chef should expect a hands on job and it does require someone to be on top of things all the time.
Benefits:
1. Nett salary of US$1500-2000 per month.
2. One bedroom house furnished.
3. Reasonable consumption of electricity and water.
4. Transport to and from workplace.
5. Permit to work in Tanzania
6. Airfare from Europe to Tanzania and back in Economy class.
7. Additional benefits
a. Salary increases of 10-20%
b. Perfomance bonus
c. Personal motor vehicle (Fuel to be paid by the user).
d. Annual paid leave of 28 days with a possibility to visit home.
e. Outpatient medical coverage-Bronze category (AAR medical insurance).
